I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially with their exceptional staff. They went out of their way to make my stay pleasant by searching for nearby open restaurants on New Year's Eve when most restaurants were closed. The free valet parking and laundry pickup services were convenient for me. In terms of location, this hotel is in a great spot to explore the city.

Spent Xmas with family. The staff was so helpful, provided great service, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They even recommended some nearby restaurants that were open on holidays. The location was awesome, very easy access to the main road to downtown and the beach. , the room was simple but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The maid service was excellent and the breakfast was very good, making it easy for us to start our day.

My fault that I didn't double-check the location. The hotel was located further away from the beach than I anticipated, maybe a 1-hour bus ride.

The hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. We enjoyed the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect with easy access to the road and walking distance to the local shops and food places. the hotel offered a tasty breakfast which helped us start our day off right.

On New Year's Eve, we found ourselves in an unfamiliar city with most of the restaurants closed. the staff went above and beyond to find us a restaurant that was open and even drove us there and back to the hotel. the room we stayed in was simple but clean, and the hot water in the shower was a plus. Maid service was exceptional and the staff's willingness to go the extra mile was impressive.

The hotel's location was a downside as it was quite far from the island of Florianopolis, around an hour by bus.
